Registration opens on Aug. 31 for the Oct. 10 PSAT at MWHS. This registration is open to all 9th and 11th grade students. Register with Ms. Anaya in the counselor's office. Cost is $16 (checks payable to MISD). Deadline to register is Sept. 10. NOTE: All 10th grade students are registered and paid for by the district. Magnolia ISD administration was made aware of a verbal threat made by a Magnolia West High School student and immediately informed Precinct 5 Constables Office who investigated the matter. Last night law enforcement deemed there was not a threat to the school. The student is currently with law enforcement and parents.
Open House will take place on Monday evening, September 17th from 6:30-8:30. Come early and meet the MVPs, our campus volunteer organization, at 6:00 pm in the Library. From 6:30-8:30, you'll have a chance to walk your student's schedule, meet his teachers, and ask any questions that you might have. To avoid long lines to pick up schedules, ask your student for a copy and bring it with you (take a picture on your phone!). Looking forward to seeing everyone!
Home football games tickets can be purchased ONLINE via gofan.co Ticket sales will also be at MWHS on Thursday and Friday during all lunches for HOME games. Tickets will be on sale at MWHS on Fridays only for AWAY games. Tickets can also be purchased at the ESC Wednesday until 3:00 Friday afternoon.
