REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  • If you are moving into our district, please complete the online registration information through this link:
  • Required documentation for registration is as follows:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Current Immunization Records
  • Parent or Guardian ID with picture
  • Proof of Residency within the district (parent/guardian name and current address on electric, water or gas bill, or lease agreement. 
  • Withdrawal paperwork from prior school and withdrawal grades
  • Transcript and report card from the prior school

WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION

  • If you are moving out of our district, you will need to fill out a withdrawal form at Magnolia West. We will need to following information:
    • Name of the new school or online curriculum being used.
    • Start date at the school
    • Parent ID
  • Please have your new school request official records either by TREX (Texas public schools only) or email at mwhsregistrar@magnoliisd.org.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE

  • If you have moved, you will need to email or bring a current proof of residency for the new address. Valid proof of residency must include the following:
    • Current utility bill (gas, water or electric) with the new service address.
    • Current lease with all signatures.
    • Bill or lease must be in the parent or legal guardian's name.
    • Include a copy of the parent/guardian ID with the request.
