Alumni is any student who has graduated from Magnolia West High School in 2023 or before. Follow link below to access transcript.
Note: If you are sending a transcript to any of the Lone Star Colleges, please use the following address

*Request an official transcript using the link/QR code

*One college per request
*Request MUST include college’s mailing address.
*Allow 10 business days for the Registrar to send transcripts.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
(A copy for your use)
*Many colleges allow the student to upload a transcript online with their application.
*ALL students can pick up an unofficial transcript at Mustang Days.
*Request an unofficial transcript by filling out the Counselor Request Form.
*You will be sent an email when your transcript is ready for pick-up in The Zone.
*Allow two business days for processing.
Official transcripts for SCHOLARSHIPS
(This request is when an OFFICIAL transcript needs to be included with a paper scholarship application)
*Request an official printed transcript by filling out the Counselor Request.
*Students will receive an email when the transcript is ready for pick-up in The Zone.
*Allow three business days for processing
Transcripts for MILITARY
(These are for transcripts picked up by a recruiter)
*Military Recruiters should email request/credit verification sheet to ALL of the following:
*Recruiters will receive an email when the transcript is ready for pick-up at the front office.
*Allow three business days for processing.
NCAA/NAIA Transcript Upload
*Request to have a transcript uploaded to NCAA by filling out the Counselor Request Form.
*Students will receive an email when the transcript has been uploaded.
